Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails celebrates its 16th anniversary by bringing decadent desserts to the table. During August, executive chef Derek Dollar and his team are presenting the restaurant’s greatest dessert hits of all time each week. Guests can take their taste buds on a culinary journey with the following $10 treats:
Aug 1-7: Brie Cheesecake
Brie cheesecake made with a spiced graham cracker oatmeal crust, burnt honey and fresh blueberries
Aug 8-14: Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding
Warm cinnamon roll bread pudding with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and candied pecans
Aug 15-21: Irish Stout Cake
Guinness stout chocolate cake with Baileys buttercream and Jameson ganache topped with coffee crumbles
Aug 22-28: Lemon Ricotta Cake
Lemon ricotta sponge cake with whipped crème fraiche, vanilla cookie crumble and citrus curd
