Omakase Table Embarks on Culinary Odyssey with Exclusive Otsumami Dinner Nov. 1-2

Omakase Table's chef Leonard Yu invites guests for the restaurant’s first otsumami event—a multi-course culinary journey through the exquisite world of Japanese cuisine. On Nov. 1-2, Omakase Table’s talented chefs will delight guests’ senses during this unforgettable experience that celebrates seasonality, flavor and culture.

Chef Yu’s otsumami dinner is a 13-course tasting that emphasizes the creative small dishes served on the restaurant's 20-course tasting menu. The menu features:

  • Ankimo, foie gras and ise ebi

  • White Truffle toro caviars (Royal Gold Osetra)

  • Tarabagani corn potage caviar (Kaluga hybrid caviar)

  • Uni tasting

  • Sashimi (umi masu, madai and hiramasa)

  • Tuna tasting nigiri (akami, chu toro and otoro)

  • Awabi and hotate caviar (Kaluga Amber caviar)

  • Tachiuo tamago kake gohan black (burgundy) truffle

  • Managatsuo matsutake

  • Uni Gohan chu toro

  • Chawan mushi ikura

  • Uni toro hand roll

  • An assortment of five Japanese desserts

During this immersive experience, guests will be able to engage with chefs and staff. Sake and wine pairings also will be available. The cost for this limited-seating experience is $235 per person, and prepaid reservations can be made online.
