Pokeworks Brings Back Bang Bang Chicken

Pokeworks gives guests the freedom to “Poke Your Way™,” which is why when customers demanded the brand bring back its Bang Bang Chicken, it listened. The zesty, spicy protein option is back for bowls, burritos or salads.

The chef-crafted Bang Bang Chicken Signature Bowl includes a unique combination of seasoned, grilled chicken topped with fresh cucumbers, edamame and cilantro, tossed with Pokeworks’ house-made umami shoyu sauce. The dish is then finished with fresh green onions, spicy Thai chili (optional) and sesame seeds.

Bang Bang Chicken is inspired by the authentic flavors of savory and spicy Sichuan street food. Pokeworks’ bang bang chicken is tossed with the brand’s own unique chili crisp made with Sichuan peppercorns, chili flakes, garlic crisps, onion crisps and sesame seeds in chili oil.
