Ray's on the River Jazzes Up Sunday Brunch with New Offerings

Ray's on the River, Atlanta's premier dining destination renowned for its scenic views and culinary excellence, has launched a revitalized Sunday brunch experience. Nestled alongside the tranquil Chattahoochee River, Ray's on the River invites guests to indulge in a culinary journey featuring an updated a la carte menu brimming with savory delights and raw delicacies. Starting April 7, Ray’s also is offering live music every Sunday during brunch.

Patrons can choose from classic brunch dishes along with a variety of sweet and savory selections. Menu highlights include:

  • Fresh shucked East and West Coast oysters

  • Poached lobster Benedict – English muffin, creamed spinach, rich hollandaise and poached eggs topped with caviar

  • Crab cake Benedict – English muffin, jumbo lump crab cakes, poached eggs and rich hollandaise

  • Steak frites and eggs – sliced New York strip, house-made demi-glace, sunny-side-up eggs and fries

  • Smoked brisket hash – smoked BGE smoked brisket, pan gravy, herb-roasted potatoes, smoky BBQ sauce, pickled red onion and sunny-side-up eggs

  • Garden omelet – tomato, goat cheese, onion, avocado, fresh herbs and mushroom served with artisan green salad

  • Adult biscuits and gravy – buttery biscuits, mushroom gravy, crispy fried chicken breast and sunny-side-up egg

  • Shrimp and grits – andouille sausage, roasted corn relish, jalapeño cheddar jack grits, shrimp and beer broth

  • Bananas Foster French toast – caramelized bananas, pecans, sweet brown sugar butter sauce and spiced dark prepared tableside

Ray’s on the River’s new riverside brunch option, allowing diners to bask in the beauty of nature while enjoying their meal al fresco, sets it apart from other restaurants. The serene ambiance of dining with a view of the Chattahoochee River adds a layer of magic to an already exceptional dining experience.
