Rise and Shine for Carson Kitchen’s New Sunday Brunch Menu

Brunch is now on the menu at Carson Kitchen. Chef/owner Cory Harwell has crafted the perfect late morning menu additions that will be served alongside the restaurant’s regular lunch menu on Sundays from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Dishes like sopapilla French toast with citrus mascarpone, berry compote and Thai chili and oxtail hash with potato and bell pepper, red wine demi and sunny egg join “Day Drinking" beverage selections such as That’s My Jam featuring bacon jam vodka, fresh lime and house bloody mary mix. Reservations are recommended, but guests who prefer to enjoy brunch at home can place orders online or at the restaurant.
