Savor a Boozy Brunch at the Woodall Sept. 11

The Atlanta Food & Wine Festival celebrates Atlanta’s homegrown talent with a series of intimate brunches and dinners including a Boozy Brunch at the Woodall on Saturday, Sept. 11. Executive chef, CEO and co-founder John C. Metz has planned a sophisticated menu of seasonal classics and signature specialties paired with brunch libations. A sneak peek at the menu reveals:

  • Gougères with Gruyere, smoked Gouda cream and Parmesan

  • Smoked Salmon Dip with house-smoked salmon, horseradish, fresh herbs, crispy capers, EVOO and crostini

  • The Durham’s Chicken Biscuit made with house-marinated chicken served on a fresh-made buttermilk biscuit

  • Shrimp and Scallop Polenta with smoked Gouda polenta, sauteed spinach, Dorati tomato, Patak bacon, roasted shallot and pan sauce

In addition to the included brunch beverages, the Westside eatery also is offering a selection of drink specials featuring Ketel One and a Champagne cocktail. The two-hour Boozy Brunch starts at 11:30 a.m. Purchase tickets for $110 online.
