Serena Pastificio Launches Spring Menu

Serena Pastificio in Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta has launched a new spring menu, which features seasonally-inspired dishes that appear throughout the restaurant’s menu of classic Italian cuisine—from entrée items to insalates and antipastis.
Highlights among the new spring menu entrée items include the herb-marinated branzino in vermouth butter sauce with grilled baby leek; veal Milanese with roasted fingerling potato; and black pepper gnocchi with balsamic grilled wild mushroom, to name a few. As for antipastis, featured spring dishes include big eye tuna crudo with melon, lardo and pickled rind; confit maitake mushroom, ricotta and arugula salsa verde atop pain di mie; and shishito peppers with anchovy, parmesan, benne seed and citrus, among other seasonal selections.
In addition to the new seasonal menu, Serena Pastificio has recently announced nightly and weekly promotions that allow guests to enjoy special offers on their favorite dishes and drinks. On weekdays from 4-6 p.m., the restaurant offers its celebrated Ora Sociale, a foodie happy hour featuring deals on the concept's most popular dishes to pair with their after-hour drinks. Additionally, Mondays are Sommelier’s Selections Night, which presents guests with a curated list of wines by the bottle for $30 or less each.
