The Blind Pig Parlour Bar invites guests to step into a colorful world of blooming florals and seasonal celebrations with The Blooming Pig, its latest pop-up experience. Now open, the bar features vibrant spring-inspired décor that pays homage to cherished spring events including St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, the Masters and the Kentucky Derby.
The curated menu includes a delightful mix of Southern-inspired savory and sweet dishes along with refreshing spring-themed cocktails. The food menu is a feast for the eyes and palate, featuring shareable plates and indulgent desserts such as:
Southern fried chicken slider with bistro aioli, bread and butter pickles and french fries
