Recently recognized by the MICHELIN Guide, Storico Fresco Alimentari is known for its menu of mouthwatering Italian pastas and entrees. The restaurant has recently added a selection of new dishes to complement its menu of familiar favorites and handcrafted Italian wines. Among the new offerings are:

  • Pappardelle Al Tartufo – house-made pappardelle with black truffle and brown butter

  • Chitarra Al Nero Di Seppia – squid ink pasta, calamari, octopus and chili flakes

  • Bertu – cotechino, sweet Italian sausage, ricotta-filled mezzaluna, guanciale and pecorino

  • Pi’ Fassac – braised spinach, ricotta, pecorino and mozzarella-filled folded pasta with toasted almonds, brown butter, sage and grana

  • Triple Sliders – Berkshire pork Italian sausage, beef, lamb, caramelized onions, bel paese, salsa verde, crispy onions and Worcestershire mayo

As a bonus, guests can pair any meal with P’s Rosé. Storico’s signature rosé is a light salmon color with a fruity, floral bouquet with notes of strawberry. It has an aromatic mineral light body from its Adriatic seaside influence and pairs well with most foods. P’s Rosé is available every day and for just $25 a bottle on Wednesdays.
