Students Get Free Ramen at Wagamama on Oct. 19
Wagamama will host a student launch party on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 4 p.m., and the first 50 college students will receive a complimentary order of ramen or katsu curry. Wagamama also will have a DJ playing tunes to set up an energetic atmosphere and have swag available for students.
In conjunction with the Katsu & Ramen Student Rush, Wagamama will launch a new college student program at its Star Metals location in West Midtown. Available daily through Dec. 31, students can receive 25 percent off their orders by showing a valid student ID.
“Wagamama is looking forward to nourishing college students with a variety of sizzling noodle dishes, hearty ramen, rice bowls, fragrant curries and more,” said Faye O’Brien, vice president of marketing. “We’re happy to offer this perk to students looking to get a comforting meal while away from home.”
Wagamama serves a modern take on Pan-Asian cuisine that will satisfy the appetite of any student looking elevate meals above microwave ramen packets. The menu includes fresh, cooked-to-order ramen bowls, teppanyaki, curries, salads and wraps plus a selection of shareable sides ideal for a group study session.
Wagamama’s West Midtown location is convenient to several Atlanta colleges and universities, including Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia State University, Emory University, Spelman College and Savannah College of Art and Design’s Atlanta campus.
