Just a month away from opening his latest culinary venture Nàdair, Atlanta chef and restaurateur Kevin Gillespie toured the space with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Ligaya Figueras and “detailed his vision for what is a deeply personal project and the culmination of his 27-year culinary career.”
