AJC's Ligaya Figueras Gets the Scoop on Kevin Gillespie’s New Restaurant Nàdair

Just a month away from opening his latest culinary venture Nàdair, Atlanta chef and restaurateur Kevin Gillespie toured the space with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Ligaya Figueras and “detailed his vision for what is a deeply personal project and the culmination of his 27-year culinary career.” According to the article, the 70-seat restaurant, named after the Scots Gaelic phrase "dòigh nàdair" meaning "the way of nature," is an “homage to Gillespie’s Scottish roots and will focus on what he refers to as “reimagined Scottish” cuisine rooted in wood-fire cooking.
