Tin Lizzy's Adds Fan-Favorite Items and New Delights to Menu

Tin Lizzy’s Cantina, known for its eclectic tacos, lively atmosphere and friendly service, is thrilled to announce the launch of an enhanced menu. Among the offerings now available are innovative new dishes and the return the fried lobster and short rib birria tacos—two popular limited-time offerings now available permanently.

“After seeing how much our guests loved the fried lobster and short rib birria tacos during their limited-time appearances, we knew we had to bring them back for good,” says Chris Hadermann, co-founder and partner of Tin Lizzy’s Cantina. “Our new menu additions are all about giving our guests more of what they love, while also surprising them with new flavors and experiences. We can’t wait for everyone to come and enjoy what we’ve been cooking up.”

New menu items include:

  • Buffalo cauliflower taco – tempura-battered Buffalo cauliflower with blue cheese and celery

  • Fried lobster taco – lightly fried Maine lobster tail, slaw, chipotle honey mustard, diced tomato, cilantro garnish and lemon wedge

  • Short rib birria – flour tortillas, blended queso Monterey, slow-roasted short rib and beef birria consommé

  • Tres leches – served with a choice of chocolate or raspberry sauce
