5Church Atlanta Debuts New Dinner Menu for Spring
The flavors of spring are sprouting on the new dinner menu at 5Church Atlanta. Executive chef Mark Alba showcases the season’s bounty with new dishes such as wild mushroom and goat cheese ciabatta with hedgehog mushrooms, goat cheese mousse, caramelized onions and a drizzle of fig balsamic; Maine sea scallops with corn purée, grilled spring onions, marinated tomatoes and corn nuts; and roasted chicken breast with leg confit, gnocchi, artichokes, fennel, olives and lemon velouté. Guests are invited to come early or extend their evening with a visit to Virtue Cocktail Club, 5Church’s lively rooftop bar overlooking Peachtree Street that reopens on April 29.
