Boone’s Supports Hospitality Industry During Negroni Week
Boone’s, the newly opened restaurant overlooking Bobby Jones Golf Course, welcomes guests during Negroni Week. This year, Negroni Week is a digital-only fundraising initiative benefiting the hospitality industry; however, Boone’s is chipping in to support the cause by offering two in-restaurant specials from Sept. 16-20, with 10% of proceeds going to Giving Kitchen and its mission of providing emergency assistance to food service workers through financial support and community resources. Settle into a seat at Boone’s stunning black quartz bar and sip on Solstice of a Lost Summer mixing Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice, Campari, Gènèpy le Chamois liqueur, crème de menthe and burnt citrus or opt for the classic Boone’s barrel-aged Negroni combining Old Fourth Distillery gin, Campari orange liqueur and sweet vermouth that’s aged for five days in a Hendrick’s barrel. Those participating from home can prepare their own Negroni cocktails from a vast selection of recipes and donate to support the world’s hospitality industry employees.
