Flavors of the Season Sprout on New Spring Menu at Carson Kitchen

Carson Kitchen invites guests to savor the season’s bounty with fresh, flavorful dishes on its new spring menu. Highlights include the return of favorites such as the jerk turkey burger with mango slaw and rainbow cauliflower with garlic, lemon juice and chili flakes. Among the new dishes are barramundi with walnut romesco and white balsamic; short rib steak with sambal butter and kimchi chimichurri; beet tartare toast with pistachio, mandarin and goat cheese; broken lasagna with seasonal vegetables, ricotta, tomato and pistou; mu shu mushroom flatbread with hoisin, sesame and soft egg; and banoffee “pie” served with Baileys whipped cream and chocolate digestive. The Alpharetta restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily and brunch on Sunday. Make reservations online. Orders also can be placed online for curbside pick-up.
