Market Street Café is Back at Prominence Tower in Buckhead
Sterling Hospitality, the parent company of Marlow’s Tavern, the Woodall and Sterling Culinary Management, is thrilled to announce the return of Market Street Café, a corporate café concept from executive chef, CEO and co-founder John C. Metz. Now open for business in the Prominence Tower building at the corner of Piedmont and Lenox roads, Market Street Café is once again serving the needs of Buckhead workers with fresh, made-from-scratch, chef-driven cuisine, catering and delivery available through DoorDash.
“As more and more people return to their offices, we wanted Market Street Café to be there to welcome them back,” says Metz. “Market Street Café offers all the convenience of a grab-and-go café but with the fresh, high-quality, restaurant-level experience you’ve come to expect from Marlow’s and the Woodall. And with catering and delivery via DoorDash, we’ve made the experience of getting our food even easier.”
Overseen by longtime general manager Michael Hunt, the reopened Market Street Café serves breakfast and lunch weekdays with salads and sandwiches, hot entrées made fresh on the grill and a coffee bar serving hot drinks made with Batdorf & Branson coffee, along with tea and smoothies.
“Everything is made from scratch, from sandwiches all the way down to our sauces, dressings and marinades,” says Metz. “And orders are prepared fresh while you wait. If you want a piece of salmon, we put it on the grill while you’re standing there.”

Black & Bleu Steak Salad with grilled bistro filet, crisp field greens, romaine, pickled red onion, cranberries, Gorgonzola grape tomatoes and sweet herb Gorgonzola dressing
Buffalo Cobb Salad with crispy Buffalo tenders, bacon, egg, tomato, black bean and corn salsa, guacamole, cheddar-Jack cheese and buttermilk ranch dressing
Mediterranean Chicken Salad with grilled chicken, black olives, chickpeas, tomato, red onion, feta, quinoa and sweet herb vinaigrette
Blackened Salmon Panini with Cajun salmon, balsamic mixed greens, pickled red onion and tomato-garlic aioli spread on ciabatta
Buffalo Chicken Wrap with fried or grilled Buffalo chicken, tomato, cheddar-Jack cheese and buttermilk ranch dressing
Roast Turkey A-BLT with roast turkey, avocado, applewood-smoked bacon, romaine, brie and tomato-bacon jam on focaccia
Veggie Panini with roasted squash, zucchini, red peppers, red onion, field greens, goat cheese and basil aioli on ciabatta
Grilled Filet of Salmon with steamed broccoli, bistro slaw and an artisan roll
While Metz hopes that Market Street Café will serve as a soothing sign that things are returning to normal, the safety of guests is foremost on the minds of everyone on staff. “In addition to offering convenient delivery and catering, we continue to observe COVID-19 protocols to ensure a safe and seamless experience.”
