By popular demand, and for the first time ever, Postino WineCafé, is introducing seven handcrafted cocktails to their menu for guests to enjoy. Sip on Postino’s unique riff on classic cocktails you know and love, while still enjoying the wine and beer offerings Postino is known for at both Postino Buckhead and West Midtown.

In addition to crafting over 50+ traditional bar cocktails, Postino will offer seven signatures: an espresso martini, Aperol spritz, negroni, prickly pear mezcal margarita, smoked old fashioned, Sure Shot and Tré Cucumber (vodka, limoncello, cucumber and honey) to pair with Postino’s iconic bruschetta, salads, paninis and more. Throughout the year, Postino will also drop a few limited-time cocktails.

“We wanted our menu to hit all the notes for our guests - the bourbon drinker, the guest who enjoys a vibrant espresso martini, really something for everyone,” says Brent Karlicek, vice president of beverage at Upward Projects. “We dipped into the stratosphere of agave growth – mezcal. Soulful smoke mixed with southwest prickly pear for the margarita, and the list goes on. A mix of both timeless classics and fresh, innovative drinks such as our dangerously refreshing Tré Cucumber.”

Diving into a few favorites, the prickly pear mezcal margarita’s soulful smoky flavor is a nod to the southwestern ingredients that are found in Arizona, where the very first Postino location originated in 2001. A spritz cocktail is no stranger to Postino’s brunch menu and now, guests will be able to sip on a classic Aperol spritz and the Sure Shot (Cocchi Rosa, sparkling rose, grapefruit juice, soda) at any hour of the day. Plus, guests will be able to take things up a notch and add a premium spirit to any cocktail, such as Macallan 12, Don Julio 1942, Grey Goose and more.

“This program is something I’ve wanted to do, and something our guests have requested for for a very long time,” says Karlicek. “It’s fine time we mix it up.”

Plus, Postino’s newest spring wine list, also debuting today, features Alta Vista Brut Nature chardonnay from Argentina with citrus and white peach notes, Ebbio sparkling rosé from Italy with fresh cherry notes and more.

Postino WineCafé first opened its flagship Southeastern Atlanta location in Buckhead in 2022 and later followed with Postino West Midtown in early 2023. Postino originally began 23 years ago with a vision and some homegrown determination. After renovating the historic Arcadia Post Office Building in Phoenix, the partners built a foundation with unique, approachable wines, beer and now cocktails; simple, delicious food prepared with local ingredients; and a warm, edgy culture that brings everyone together. Today, Postino continues this tradition with 25 unique locations, many of which are set in historically relevant buildings integral to the neighborhoods that surround them. Visit www.postinowinecafe.com for more details.
