The Blind Pig Parlour Bar is Back in Buckhead

The Blind Pig Parlour Bar is open once again, offering innovative craft cocktails and live entertainment after celebrating the holiday season as The Blind Elf, a holiday pop-up bar. At the 1920s-inspired speakeasy in Buckhead, guests can journey back in time to enjoy modern interpretations of classic cocktails from the Prohibition era.

The Blind Pig’s beverage menu features new spins on classics like the New Year, New Me (rye, brandy, amaro, herbal liquor and bitters), 10th & BAJA (mezcal, tequila, vermouth, bitters, amarena cherry) and Pot Liqueur (gin, chartreuse, St. Germain, greens, lime and aloe) alongside a selection of craft beers and wine.

“We are having a lot of fun dusting off some of the old classics while providing a new perspective for our guests to enjoy cocktails they can’t find anywhere else,” says Saam Reza, The Blind Pig beverage manager. “For example, New Year, New Me is a modern interpretation on the Vieux Carré that I believe is one of the greatest cocktails of all time because of its balance. We’ve modernized it by using earthy flavor profiles that I think our guests will love.”

In addition to new signature cocktails, The Blind Pig has brought back Fukushima Tuna, Atlanta’s premier neo-soul acid cocktail lounge unit, with performances on Thursdays starting at 8 p.m. Reservations are encouraged and should be booked online.
