The Woodall Celebrates First Anniversary with a Weeklong Special Menu Feb. 8-11
The Woodall’s successful first year is in the books, and executive chef, CEO and co-founder of Sterling Hospitality John C. Metz, the Woodall’s new chef Karl Gorline and team are celebrating with a special prix-fixe menu Feb. 8-11. The four-course dinner menu features a selection of current favorites, new dishes and previous best-sellers. Highlights include lobster bisque with brandy, cream and chives; Buffalo sweetbreads with apple-celery root slaw; duck breast with buckwheat risotto and blackberry duck jus; pan-seared trout with uni-pumpkin puree, Tokyo turnip, fig and red wine; and strawberry Mason jar cake with black pepper icing and rose gelee. The cost is $75 per person or $107 with the addition of wine pairings. The Woodall is open for dinner nightly starting at 4 p.m. and weekend brunch starting at 10:30 a.m. Make reservations online.
