Your 3rd Spot is taking a gourmet approach with its Market Oysters, served with compressed watermelon, white shoyu mignonette, and yuzu pearls for $16 (5 each). This unique dish, available all day on Sunday, August 4, and Monday, August 5, promises a delightful fusion of flavors that will tantalize oyster aficionados' taste buds.
Ray's Restaurants features a diverse, rotating selection of freshly shucked oysters from Canada to Connecticut, served on the half shell, chargrilled and Rockefeller-style. Patrons at Ray's at Killer Creek can savor a choice of three unique oyster selections, Ray's in the City and Ray's on the River offer an expanded selection of six oyster varieties. Oysters on the half shell are accompanied by an array of condiments including Atomic horseradish, cocktail sauce, mignonette, hot sauce and traditional Saltine crackers.
