“This time of year brings together some of my favorite things: cooler weather, bold, flavorful food and inspired cocktails,” says executive chef, CEO and co-founder John C. Metz. “We are thrilled to bring back our Ribs & Whiskey menu that features the rich barbecue flavors and savory sides that our guests love.”

The Ribs & Whiskey menu features a choice of three scrumptious sauces: Jack Daniel’s Glaze, Carolina Mustard or Marlow’s Barbecue. Guests can pair these sweet, tangy and smoky sauces with the tender ribs or choose from other seasonal favorites:

  • Full or Half Rack of Ribs – Slathered with choice of sauce and served with corn muffins, jicama slaw and fried okra

  • Honey Bourbon Bread Pudding – Crème-brûlée-soaked Cuban bread and a splash of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey

Pair those fiery flavors with a unique cocktail such as:

  • Pabst Blue Ribbon WI ABV 4.7% - Brewed in America and served tall just like you like it, this classic beer is for those with the classiest of tastes.

Marlow’s also is offering guests a chance to show off the grilling recipes they mastered during quarantine by entering its Whatchya Been Grillin’ contest. The first-place prize is a Big Green Egg package, valued at $1,400, and the winning recipe will be featured on Marlow’s Tavern’s fall/winter menu. Marlow’s Tavern gift cards are up for grabs to the second- and third-place winners, as well as the People’s Choice award winner. Participants can submit recipes online through Monday, Oct. 5.
