Atlanta Restaurants Fire Up the Festivities for Cinco de Mayo
Atlanta chefs are bringing the heat for Cinco de Mayo by serving up everything from traditional Mexican cuisine and margaritas to modernized dishes with a twist.
Fiesta the night away at Chido & Padre’s this Cinco de Mayo. The celebration starts at 4 p.m. and runs until late night with chef-driven Mexican cuisine, killer margaritas and the hottest patio in Buckhead.
With jumbo margaritas and show-stopping tacos, HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern is the perfect place for a festive Cinco de Mayo. Celebrate all night long with live Latin music, dancing and margarita and taco specials at all locations of the neighborhood eatery. Johnny’s Hideaway gets in on the Cinco de Mayo celebration with a festive meal and beer special. Before hitting the dance floor of Atlanta’s iconic nightclub, guests can fuel up on shrimp tacos and Spanish rice for $14.95 and add a Modelo for just $4.
On May 5, Marlow’s Tavern in Duluth is partnering with Don Julio to host a tequila dinner. The four-course dinner with tequila-based cocktail pairings starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $75 per person.
