New Summer Menu Selections Are Heating up at Marlow's Tavern
Summertime’s calling and so are the flavorful new dishes on the summer menu at Marlow’s Tavern. John C. Metz, executive chef, CEO and co-founder of Marlow’s Tavern, satisfies appetites with a variety of appetizers, entrées and desserts boasting the season’s freshest ingredients.
“When I’m looking for menu inspiration in the warmer months, I turn to seafood, grilled meats, refreshing salads and lighter options like our Vegetable Farfalle,” says Metz. “We’re focused on making the most of the season’s bounty by injecting bold flavors into all-American classics.”
Mouthwatering new creations include starters For the Table and Crisp, Cool Salads such as:
Firecracker Shrimp with crispy tempura shrimp, carrots, cilantro, roasted peanuts and a cracklin’ spicy and sweet chili sauce
Chopped Salad with crisp romaine lettuce piled high with garbanzo beans, radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, green olives, red peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, cheese blend, chopped egg, pumpkin seeds and a sesame-honey-lime dressing
Next up, new Big Bar Sandwiches that satisfy hearty appetites include:
Crispy Grouper Sandwich with tempura grouper, jicama slaw and tartar sauce served Atlanta HOT on a sesame brioche bun
Banh Mi Chicken Wrap with glazed chicken, napa cabbage, julienne veggies, cucumbers, cilantro and Vietnamese sweet and spicy firecracker sauce wrapped in a grilled tortilla
New additions to Tavern Favorites make instant classics:
Vegetable Farfalle tossed with asparagus, zucchini, squash, peppers, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, Dorati tomatoes, green beans, pine nuts, Parmesan and caramelized onion velouté
Grilled Herb Chicken served with cauliflower rice, green beans, caramelized onions and roasted chicken jus
